After year’s of experience working in the kitchens of several regional restaurants, Executive Chef Christopher Lund established the Third Street Grille in 2007 with a vision. Take good, fresh ingredients, prepare them simply, but just right to keep them delicious without messing them up with culinary silliness, but use just enough imagination to provide a creative twist to keep it interesting. Then provide great service in a comfortable, but elegant atmosphere at prices almost everyone can afford. The result has been “Christopher’s Third Street Grille” and from everyone’s account who has dined there, the vision has been fulfilled.

Christopher’s Third Street Grille is located in downtown Dover (on Third Street, of course) in a location that has been occupied by a few other restaurants, the latest being The Well Dressed Hog. Patrons of the previous incarnations will not recognize the place. The location has been completely renovated… new floors, new walls, new decor, furniture and a fully stocked bar. They won’t recognize the food either. Most customers say that the food is among the finest in the area at prices that won’t make you think twice about coming back.
