"Christopher's has a great neighborhood vibe just off the main drag of Dover where many regulars and newbies come for the bar scene and to dive into some very good dishes, some with that --- yes --- creative twist, but many just great food, expertly prepared. With no entree' over $21, the wallet is just as satisfied as the palate." (click here to read this review.)

Review of Christopher's Third Street Grille in "TASTE"

Wow! My boyfriend and I went here craving a hamburger, and the food was amazing. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive without being annoying. The prices were excelent- we got the onion petals to start and then each got a cheeseburge- but in reality we probably could have split half of one and left satisfied. The burgers were delicious, huge, but delicious. The onion petals were also amazing. The bread they give you comes with strawberry butter- which I have never had but I am now in love. The best part was the bill. Two Sam Adams draft, onion petals, and two cheeseburgers only came to $34! And the resteraunt is beautiful, casual but you wouldnt look out of place if you chose to dress up. The decor is very modern/luxury. I would definitly recommend this resteraunt.

“We really like Christopher's and have tried a variety of items from their menu. We have yet to be disappointed! The price is great too and they have some great affordable drinks as well.”
“We have eaten at Christopher's Third Street Grille three times now and both food and service is outstanding. This Chef really knows what he is doing and the staff is top notch. The atmosphere is comforting (albeit sometimes a bit loud). I look forward to trying a different plate each time I go.”
”I recommend everything! The crabcakes, Chicken Kiev and Veggie Ravioli's are to die for! As if it could not get any better last night I got the Shrimp Scampi, it was really amazing with roasted plum tomatoes and artichoke hearts!!! My Husband's favorite though is the warm crust bread served with strawberry butter! We eat out on "date night" once a week and are selective, we keep returning time and again!”
“Yes, Christopher’s is a welcome addition to a town full of sports bars, greasy spoons and uneven food and service. Third street has vastly improved over the past year with the addition of the creperie…and Christopher’s… Let’s hope the rest of the area begins to follow suit.”

“I loved this place. We went there for drinks last weekend and we decided to come back for dinner. FIrst off, they have a great martini list, which my wife certainly enjoyed. The place looks class, but not pretentious. The bartender and waitstaff were friendly. So we came back with her parents for dinner. Everything was reasonably priced and the quality of the food was fantastic. My steak was cooked perfectly. Others at the table ordered fish and had no complaints (which sometimes is just as good as praise). The side items were great and everything was presented well. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and actually take pride in their food. I'll definitely be going back when I'm in the area again.”
“An excellent bistro in downtown Dover. The food is very good and moderately priced. Entrees range from about $12-20. Great martini list, too.”
